[Wactclc-alma] activating multiple titles simultaneously?

Are the titles you want to activate in a particular electronic collection, that is already activated?

If so, you can use the portfolio loader workflow<https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Product_Documentation/010Alma_Online_Help_(English)/040Resource_Management/050Inventory/020Managing_Electronic_Resources#Adding.2C_Updating.2C_or_Removing_Portfolio_Information_in_Bulk_Using_an_Excel_File> to activate multiple ebook titles simultaneously.

That would typically be something that they'd do in technical services (since it involves a learning curve), so you might reach out to Kirsti's group for that option.

Otherwise, you can do it in a limited way, but the portfolios need to fall on the same page of the portfolio list... Go to the electronic collection, edit its service, then go to the portfolios tab, select the portfolios via their respective tic boxes, and finally select 'activate selected'.
But once you move to a different page, you lose your previous selections. So not really viable in large collections.

hi alma pros,

is it possible to activate multiple ebook titles simultaneously?  i can't find instructions or tips on this in alma knowledge center, and when i try to select multiple titles and then activate, the options aren't available.

but it seems like this should be possible.
