Subject: [Wactclc-alma] Alma Analytics freeze

I've heard from colleagues that Ex Libris is planning an upgrade to Alma Analytics this month. Documentation on the Ex Libris website says that individuals will need to copy saved reports in "My Folders" into their Institution folder before the date of the "Report freeze time"

The documentation also says that any Analytics reports created during the freeze period won't be saved in the new Analytics platform.

https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Product_Materials/050Alma_FAQs/Analytics/01_General#OBI_Upgrade_and_Data_Visualization_(DV)

When is the freeze period? I can't find any information about that on the Ex Libris website. I know colleagues at Orbis Cascade have a Feb 22 date.

It will be ok!
