In our Alma meetings this week we've been talking about ILL, so this webinar tomorrow morning could be timely and of interest.

ILL for streaming video is quite advanced, but it could be good to know about, and maybe there are aspects of this approach that would inform adjustments to our standard ILL processes and procedures.

Title: SILLVR: Streaming Interlibrary Loan Video Resources

Description: This presentation will share details about the new initiative SILLVR: Streaming Interlibrary Loan Video Resources. Launched in January 2020, SILLVR allows libraries to ILL streaming videos for the first time. Presenters will discuss the partnerships needed to develop this new service, the SILLVR workflows, and provide guidance on how others can replicate this service.

Presenters:
Katy DiVittorio is the Collections Strategies Department Head at the Auraria Library in Denver, CO. Katy oversees the department which assesses, acquires, licenses, and purchases Learning Materials, manages the physical library stacks, and handles the Library's Interlibrary Loan services.

Sommer Browning is the Associate Director of Technical Services at the Auraria Library in Denver, CO. In this role she oversees the Collections Strategies department, the Discovery and Metadata department, and the Systems Administration unit.
