[Wactclc-alma] Course Reserve Workflow

Hi Colleen,

If I understand you correctly it seems you would want to extend the end
date of the course to reflect that it continues through the Fall rather
than creating a whole new record for each quarter. At Edmonds we generally
set the course end date for the end of the academic year regardless of when
the course actually ends. It just ends up being less maintenance.
