[Wactclc-alma] AVON portfolios

AVON is an Alexander Street Press package. I assume it’s one of the ASP packages that Ex Libris has removed MARC records from while they re-work the process for updating Alexander Street Press CZ collections.

What are the collection names in the CZ?



It’s possible that they are in the CZ as databases, rather than portfolio collections.

I'm only seeing one CZ collection with a portfolio list.

We recently subscribed to Avon, and when I checked to see if we could activate the electronic collection, we only could activate access at the database level. That was maybe two weeks ago...

I just looked in our environment and all CZ AVON collections are empty from what I see.

We only very recently subscribed, so I think I turned this on last week or so and my institution collection is empty as well.

My CZ Academic Video Online Collection in Alma suddenly has no portfolios in it.

I believe this  happened sometime in the past week.
