[Wactclc-alma] [External] Bulk Change Due Date

Colleen,

Just go under the fulfillment menu, and select 'create fulfillment set'.

Specify a date range, as shown below, and save your set. You can then view your set, and see what has a due date in the specified range.

I am trying to extend the due date from the end of the winter quarter to the end of the spring quarter. I have extended the date and have tried selecting staff, as well as student. As you can see, I am still not getting the due date change.

Wade, you mentioned that I could do a fulfillment sets (under the fulfillment menu), or use the analytics fulfillment subject area, to look for transactions within a given date range. I am not sure what that involves.

Colleen,

You can look at the reports and events for the job in the job history (just click the ...).

But given that your screenshot shows 0 fails, it's mostly likely that no transactions fall within the parameters you set in the job.

You could try a different user group, or expand your date range.

You can also create fulfillment sets (under the fulfillment menu), or use the analytics fulfillment subject area, to look for transactions within a given date range.

Hello all,

I am also experiencing issues when trying to do a Bulk Due Date change. Our IT dept just recently resolved the issue with the student and staff expiry date. When I try to run the changes, I have 0 results. I am wondering if I need to change how I have entered the fields. I am leaving some fields blank (i.e. Material Type), so that it will capture everything. Since I know that expiry date isn't the issue, could someone please tell me what other issues I may be having?

I ran into a similar issue. Check patron expiry dates, if the due date extends past the expiry date, it throws an error.
