Did you have items due over the break (3-20 to 4-1)? It sounds like with your expiration date issues that things would have been due before the break by default (since Alma won't check anything out past the patron expiration date). If you're trying to extend things that were due over the winter quarter you would need a bigger range, maybe something like 1-6-20 to 4-9-20?

Hello all,

I am also experiencing issues when trying to do a Bulk Due Date change. Our IT dept just recently resolved the issue with the student and staff expiry date. When I try to run the changes, I have 0 results. I am wondering if I need to change how I have entered the fields. I am leaving some fields blank (i.e. Material Type), so that it will capture everything. Since I know that expiry date isn't the issue, could someone please tell me what other issues I may be having?

I ran into a similar issue. Check patron expiry dates, if the due date extends past the expiry date, it throws an error.

I am trying to update our due dates, so they are all due at the end of our spring quarter, which is June 30th. I keep getting errors. Any ideas on why this may be happening?
