Thank you Colleen. I figured it out. Our college sets the expiration dates to the end of the academic year.

Hello Traci,

I have been trying to extend all of the due dates until the end of the Spring quarter, but ran into issues as well.

I had 76 transactions that were shortened. It seems that the patron associated with those transactions expired on March 30th.



I was told that in order to extend those due dates, you first need to extend the patron expiration date.



To do that, you need to contact the person who schedules the LG321 batch job that extracts student records from the SMS system for import into Alma. Have them update the expiration date parameter to the desired expiration date, to the end of the quarter. After the job runs on its regular schedule that night, you will be able to extend those due dates.

I am trying to update our due dates, so they are all due at the end of our spring quarter, which is June 30th. I keep getting errors. Any ideas on why this may be happening?
