Sadly it didn't work.

Looking at the console report, working collections like Olympic's has search scope information as part of the query when Primo is serving up what's in the collection. This doesn't happen for ours. That could be a de facto symptom of what happens when the title list doesn't appear, but I wonder too if it's a cause of the problem.

You might have seen already, I posted a general inquiry about this to Primo-L this morning.

There are already a couple of responses with people that have had similar issues occur, and have open tickets. I don’t know if the issues are exactly the same. But in one ticket the institution reported an update coming in the November Primo release:

We have a similar issue (case 688965) that ExLibris said should be resolved with the Primo VE November 2019 release.

Our issue is that sometimes the thumbnails duplicate for some collections and other collections don’t show up at all.  Sounds like it could be related?

And the other one mentions:

Our ticket about Collections was just updated and says a fix isn’t coming until Q1 2020. We have duplicates and titles that don’t show unless we “touch” (open > save/release in MDE) the NZ bib record after the title is added to a collection.

When I’ve added or deleted items to a particular collection there is definitely a lag, but it generally impacts the entire Collection Discovery page. For instance, when in Primo and navigating to the Collection Discovery page none of my collections will appear, almost as though the page were still loading. It’s never taken more than 10 minutes to fully appear though.

Hopefully you get it resolved today!

We saw something similar a couple of weeks ago with a collection at Olympic.

There may be some delay in additions to a collection being visible in PVE.

At least, with the Olympic collection, that seemed to be the case.

I made a small change in the Olympic collection at the time, just to see if I could kick-start the visibility in Primo. At the time, I thought that had an effect. But I just tried the same with your collection, and didn’t get the same outcome.

So, let’s see if your collection members appear in your collection in PVE in just a bit.

I double checked that my collection items were showing up, just in case of some sort of system-wide glitch, but ours are fine.
