[Wactclc-alma] RETRACT Itemized User Set

[Sokol, Keyth]

Hi all.  Just posted about the inability to create a User set.  However, after changing computers, I was able to do so as usual.
This in itself is odd, and I might want to understand why.  But for now, being able to create the set is all I need.
