Big Bend CC has been reviewing its Electronic Collection activations in Alma recently, thanks to Rhonda's efforts.

And earlier this week, we came across a few electronic collections at Seattle Colleges for which the electronic services had become uncoupled from the CZ collection, which prevented activation of new portfolios.

Based on use-case efforts like these, I've developed an Analytics analysis that shows the electronic collections in your institutional zone, along with their lifecycle status (active, deleted), the state of their link to the CZ, and whether a proxy is currently enabled on the associated service.

I think this report would be generally useful to anyone reviewing their Alma e collections.
