That was me, and it was two librarians who have made requests before. I also tried to add a test account and it also did not let me add the location.

Elena,

I was able to add a new location to an existing purchase request in your environment.

So I suspect it might be related to privileges on the account of the person who attempted to add a location.

Or maybe because the request had been marked as declined?

Hey Elena,

Is this for making new purchase requests directly in Alma? Our form is operating as expected - I'm able to select an owning library after choosing a requester. Could you share a screenshot of the field/s that are disabled?

All of a sudden this morning we cannot add locations to our new purchase requests. We can add locations to existing purchase requests, but NOT to new ones. We get the little red circle with a slash in it.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Should we open a Salesforce case?
