[Wactclc-alma] [EXTERNAL*]-Re: Can't add location to purchase request

I can select an owning library and a requester, but after I do that, and go in to edit the request, when I go to add Location, it shows the little red slash. Here’s a screen shot of where I am trying to do this:

The Add Location works, but when I click on the supported libraries to scroll down or the add button, it won’t let us click on it. I’ve had two other librarians try this in their office and it’s not working for them, either. We’ve tried in Firefox and Chrome. This has never happened before…

Hey Elena,

Is this for making new purchase requests directly in Alma? Our form is operating as expected - I'm able to select an owning library after choosing a requester. Could you share a screenshot of the field/s that are disabled?

Is anyone else experiencing this? Should we open a Salesforce case?
