Hey Wade,

I spoke to our interim Dean about the travel reimbursement. They said it would be helpful if we had a codified list of objectives / an agenda to attach to the travel authorization. I sent them the bulleted list from the email, but I was wondering (not to throw more work on your shoulders), could you put together a fancy agenda so we can take that to our supervisors? It should grease the wheels when it comes to reimbursing for mileage.

I was just looking at the materials from the last in-person meeting we held like this, which was actually November 2017, at Bellingham Technical College. At that meeting, we went from 9:30 to 4:30, so that's what I suggest we aim for on Dec 3.

And Paula / Nicole, if one of you could reserve that same meeting room we used in 2016, that would be grand, that way we know we've got Bellevue as at least one viable option.

That might be our best option.

Reasonable midway point between north and south Puget Sound.

(And possibly even for Tammy and Rhonda at Yakima and Big Bend, if the weather is mild.)

I remember from the last meeting we had there that it's a very nice room.

Nicole and I spoke after our web meeting and we are happy to propose Bellevue College as a site for our meeting on 12/3.
It's on a closed day for us, so parking is not a problem and we can use the library classroom.
Our classroom has computers for 36 and we have internet access.
