Hi, Traci,

Thanks for the suggestion.  I have checked that.  The block preferences were already set to override.  I set some more of them to override just in case.  I also made sure the various policies allowed renewals when there were overdues.  What is especially frustrating is that I did not make any changes to the configurations.  I think it must have something to do with recent Alma updates.  I have submitted a SalesForce case.

Hi Tammy,

I don't know if this will help or not, but have you looked at the Block Preferences in the Fulfillment Configuration, under Physical Fulfillment? There is an option to override the block, if there is a block already in place.

Our students are allowed one renewal for books for a maximum loan period of 28 days.  In the past we have been able to renew overdue books, but this month overdue books cannot be renewed even though they have not been renewed previously.  I've examined everything I can think of to figure out what has happened.  Has anyone else experienced this or know how I can fix it?
