[Wactclc-alma] Adding a single portolio

Lesley is correct, if the journal is available for activation in the PCI for full text, then you can make the journal full text searchable.

As long as the journal in Alma matches the journal in the PCI correctly (xSSN), then you should be able to get full text results.

However, it looks like it isn't working right now. Blergh.
