Hi Amy:

You have to scroll way down the  the form to see where to type in "yes."  And, you have to type it in, it's not a drop-down choice.  I did the workaround and so far so good...

Yes, we have ScienceDirect.  We were already using a parser parameter override, which has been working well for us this year but which is now no longer working, so I do not see the options that are mentioned in this "fix" when I go to Edit Service.   I'll look at it tomorrow with fresh eyes and contact you directly if need be.
