[Wactclc-alma] Help with batch processing dates for course and reading lists

Sorry I missed your call this am, I was on a web call.

For updating Courses, rather than reading lists, in bulk, there is an integration profile you can use.

You can create a spreadsheet of the courses with the updated information, and run that list through integration profile to update the course date fields.

You can generate a spreadsheet to start with by exporting the course list from Alma.

You might need additional privileges in Alma to get to the integration profile workflow in Alma. Dan can probably help you with that.

Once you get a spreadsheet formatted with the data, I can help you get it through the integration profile. It’s not something I’ve done before, so I don’t know the exact settings to use, but it looks pretty straightforward.

Hi folks,

This is my first time reaching out to everyone and its regarding Reserves.

I have 361 courses attached to reading lists and the end date for courses and the due back date for the reading lists are set to expire on June 21, 2019.
Is there a way to batch process and change the date to June 26, 2020?
