[Wactclc-alma] [External] RE: not authorized in Alma?

Thanks for the tip, Maryanne.  However we did not put expiration dates on roles.  We can still get in using our internal logins.  There were some network issues earlier on campus so I'm hoping it's just related to that.

Hi Amy,

Check expiration date for their user role. It happened to me at the start of the quarter with two of my student workers. Their Circ Desk Operator role had a wonky expiration date.

Was in Alma earlier today just fine but now all staff are seeing this when using our SAML link for our external accounts.  Anyone else having issues getting into Alma, or is it just us?
