Answer. 1. Add a column to the existing report (can be any criteria) 2. Edit the column properties and change the formula to be "MAX(RCOUNT(1)) "3.

Only steps 1 and 2 are required.  If you don’t want a whole column with the same number that’s what steps 3 through 6 are for.

If you want the number of rows to show only once, at the top of your report, drag it from “Columns and Measures” and drop it in “Sections”.

Be sure to use custom headings to rename the results.

I think I’ve figured this out.  The row count is what’s important here.

My total number of discrete e-titles is 185,294. When I add the Material type filter I can break it down into books, journals, visual materials, and maps.

Looking at results of my attempt, though, I don’t think it’s accurately counting titles with portfolios.

Same problem I ran into when I tried to do this before.

And I didn’t add any date created filter to that one. So, you’d probably want to add a date filter of created before 7/1/2018
