[Wactclc-alma] [External] RE: deduping in analytics

I was running a report with Material type, Number of portfolios, and  Electronic Collection Public Name.  Wanted to be able to use one report to count number of databases, number of ebooks, and number of serials.  But then I realized they are probably not deduped across the collection name.

Looking at results of my attempt, though, I don't think it's accurately counting titles with portfolios.

Same problem I ran into when I tried to do this before.

And I didn't add any date created filter to that one. So, you'd probably want to add a date filter of created before 7/1/2018
