Just FYI, South Puget Sound opened a similar case to Edmond.

I’m currently able to reach both) of those Alma instances without difficulty. (Of course, I’m remote.)

If the problem is still occurring, please create a HAR file from within your browser while the issue is occurring, and attach to your SF case.

It’s pretty easy. In Chrome, just F12 to open development center, go to the Network tab, and make sure ‘preserve’ is checked and the record button is red (leftmost on menu bar).

Then, reproduce the issue, go back to the development center, right click on the grid, and select “save all as HAR with content”

Is it possibly an issue with Alma account expiration dates on external accounts?

Do internal accounts work?

ExL support has been able to log in on their side, BUT when I tried to log in using my phone on mobile data (no IP restrictions) it also hangs.

I'm very confused as to why this is down.

Hey all,

Alma is down here at EDCC. There are a few moments we get a spotty connection but otherwise it's been consistently down.

ExL's status page isn't indicating any problems for our instance. Is anyone else having problems?
