Wade-- is the bug where suppressed records display in Primo VE affecting all the WACTCLC libraries or just some?  I know we've got that problem (and have a Salesforce case) and I remember Tracie reporting that Bellingham has it too.

You can also see suppression status for bib records and holdings records in Alma Analytics.

With Primo, I know you had to run a Publish to Primo job on sets of records after changing the suppression status to get them to show up/not show up in Primo. But Wade has says this shouldn't happen with Primo VE.

When I've run into things like this, I open a support case with Ex Libris.  Their first step is to run some kind of re-index and that usually fixes the problem.

Hi Keyth,

Have you clicked into the bib record, under tools, go to set management tags and then see if the check box for suppress from discovery is checked?

That’s the only other place I know to look.

We’ve searched and searched, and we cannot determine what is causing a bib record to be suppressed. The holding record was in fact checked for suppression in MDEditor; but that didn’t do it.  From what I am reading, if I understand correctly, it seems the bib record is still suppressed but I can’t figure out if that’s correct and if it is I believe I have done everything we know to do.
We’re down a cataloger right now, so I’m reaching back into my cataloging days, which were in another ILS altogether.
