[Wactclc-alma] Merge Patron Function in Alma from August Release

Hi,

We're interested in the merge patron function in alma that was supposed to be part of the August release.  We've watched/read the info about it and have the correct user roles to access this feature.  However, we're still not seeing it available under the Admin-User Management options.

Does anyone know when this feature will be available?  There was something in the literature that said you have to contact Ex Libris to get access to this.  Do we have to open a sales force case to get access to it?
