[Wactclc-alma] Analytics not showing all information requested

Hi,

I'm using analytics to run a fines/fees subject analysis on everyone who owes over $100 so I can send them to collections.

When I first ran the list today, only adjusting the expiration date in the analysis I had created previously, I got a list that had 13 names on it.  When I ran it again, adding a little bit more criteria so it was a more complete list, I only get 10 names on it.  None of the criteria I added (address information) should have affected it to remove names off the list.

Then when I created a new analysis to see if I could figure out why some of the names had disappeared, I got the original list I first created.

Has anyone else experienced this with analytics, where you adjust criteria, and then there is information dropped off the results that was on the first list you looked at before you adjusted criteria?  Does anyone know why this happens if they've experienced it themselves?  This isn't the first analytics report I've created, saved, then opened again and adjusted and had information/results change on me to the point where I have to recreate the original analysis to get the accurate list.

Thanks for any insight into why this might happen.
