Hi All,

I hope summer has been swell and may your skies be clear. We're between quarters until faculty return 9/18. I'm working a bit over break.

We subscribe to the Chronicle of Higher Education and it is in Alma as an electronic title. We are getting an ezproxy error if someone clicks the Miscellaneous Ejournals link in Primo. (The other links offered are Ebsco and ProQuest).

When we went live with the Chronicle, their information sheet said:
"Direct access to Chronicle.com from any location, on- or off- campus, without having to go through a proxy server. This should be very appealing to those who read Academe Today or any of our other e-newsletters from locations off campus."

There is not anything in our EZproxy config file for it (since it is not proxied) but maybe I can add something that would just pass it through?

I tried changing the settings but it didn't help. What we have is here:

Has this issue come up before? I've had summer brain for a long time now!

There EZproxy error boilerplate has been customized slightly, but it's getting tripped and looks like this:.
