[Wactclc-alma] Requests - All - pickup from shelf don't appear on the Tasks list

Hi,
The Requests - All - pickup from shelf don't appear on the Tasks list. They used to be there. Then I was on a long break. Just came back yesterday and they are not there anymore. I don't know why they just disappeared. Maybe it happened after some updates? Can anyone help with it? How I can put them back? I even have no idea where to look.... Thank you much,
