[Wactclc-alma] Remove author/creator data from title field in Alma letters

A few weeks ago, Laura Staley, of Renton Technical College, submitted an inquiry asking how the title field that displays on Alma letters can be shortened to exclude the author/creator data.

The author/creator data can be quite long and can cause the very narrow title field to wrap (and wrap and wrap) as illustrated below.

We discovered a way to remove the author/creator data by editing the xsl file (via the Customize Letters screen) as follows:

Find this line of code:

<td><xsl:value-of select="item_loan/title"/></td>

And replace it with this line of code:

<td><xsl:value-of select="physical_item_display_for_printing/title"/></td>

We used the FulOverdueAndLostLoanNotificationLetter for our testing.
