[Wactclc-alma] Volunteer request for demo - WorldShare Collections

Hi, All -

I cannot volunteer to do a demo, but I can offer my directions for Updating a Local Collection.   It works here at RTC, and has been tested successfully elsewhere, so I think it's at least a good start.

It doesn't cover creating a profile; that was a messy process and required much help from Shellie and Wade.

Would someone who is versed in WorldShare Collection Mgmt for obtaining Ebsco MARC records please volunteer to demo how those collections are managed?

You could do so in the context of one of our weekly meetings. Or you could do it in a one-off meeting for those interested in that discussion.

Since OCLC and Ebsco platforms are institutionally managed, I have only high level knowledge of how institutions manage that process in their accounts.

Please reply on list if you are interested in volunteering, or just interested in the content.
