[Wactclc-alma] circ stats in Analytics

This seems like it should be such an easy thing but I'm having issues.  I just want to know how many loans we do, by patron type, filtered by fiscal year.  My problem comes with the loans.  I do not want browses included so I'm not using "Loans" in the fulfillment subject area, because I can't tell if those are both in house and not in house loans. So I used "Num of Loans (Not In House)" in the physical items subject area, but then I get 0 results.   How do I see just actual loans, not including browses, for each fiscal year?
