Ex Libris support was able to reset my account, so we're all good. IT confirmed that it's an LDAP issue on our campus - Canvas isn't logging in either, so hopefully they'll get that up and running soon, and in the meantime, we're running with our internal library function accounts.

Our internal Alma accounts can login, and I did create duplicate internal accounts with the same permissions as external accounts - just in case this ever happened, so that is helping us get by.

However, Wade, can I ask you to please log into our account and reset the password for the Admin account - and then email me offlist to let me know what that is? I wrote it down somewhere, and managed to lose it. Is it 5 o'clock yet???  :)

Are their Alma accounts expired?  We found that if the Alma account expired, they couldn't log in with our SAML link using Active Directory.

I checked the System Status, and Alma NA 01-05 all seem to be functioning. If people logged in earlier, and didn't time out, they can still function in Alma. Primo searching is ok. It's just the logins for both Primo and Alma that are down, so I'm guessing it's something going on with our network at Skagit, so checking with our IT guys. Hi there:

People logging into Alma from our Whidbey Campus, and from our MV campus (including me) cannot get it. We logged in no problem this morning, but now it's not letting us in.  Help?
