[Wactclc-alma] Updated 12 months of circulation dashboard

I updated the 12 Months of Circulation Dashboard, to include:


  1.  A user date prompt, so that you can look at data on the 12 months of your choosing
  2.  Included tables for loans, renewals, and renewals + loans

As a reminder, the dashboard is located in the following analytics folder:

/shared/Community/Reports/Consortia/WACTCLC/12 months of Circulation ( Do NOT move or modify !!!!!)
