[Wactclc-alma] Scheduled jobs running?

You can safely ignore any failures on the "Synchronize Changes from CZ" job.

That job simply refreshes the information you see under:

Resources / Manage Inventory / Community Zone Updates Task List

That list is more of an "FYI" only, to let you know what data in the CZ has changed recently.

The data itself (in the CZ) has already changed. All the failed job Is indicating is that the report under Community Zone Updates Task List has not yet fully updated.

It's not a high priority job, which is probably why you often see it fail. (It's probably not running with very high priority on the Alma backend.)

The CZ is very big, of course. So updates to that report can take a while, and the updates occur in multiple stages, so you'll see "Part 11", "Part 12", etc.

All this week, our scheduled data services job has failed to synchronize changes from the CZ. Is anyone else seeing this at your institution? (Our other scheduled jobs have all completed successfully.)
