Unfortunately while the linking works in Primo again now using the parser override, it's only taking me to title level in Credo Reference, not article level like it did before (even up just a week or two ago).  This is typical with our reference databases, but Credo was different.  It took Ex Libris a while to get Credo to go to article level, on their end, when we first went to Primo through ORCA a few years ago but it eventually did.

Should I open a case?

It's not quite the same because one is http and one is https.

I went ahead and overrode the parser parameters for the service as a test, and now my links in Primo are working.  I guess the other way to approach this is to add another line in the Credo stanza in the EZproxy config file.

The service level in Alma looks correct to me, and is the same as in ezproxy.

You can isolate Primo by going to the resource directly through your library web site.

Did they restart ezproxy after making the change to config.txt? That might be the issue.

Is anyone else getting an error message related to ezproxy when trying to access Credo Reference articles in Primo?  I had I.T. update our Credo stanza in the EZproxy config file.  It didn't help.  I am now noticing that the URL mentioned in the error message, which is the same URL that is listed in the "service" level record for Credo in Alma, is NOT a URL that is listed on the official EZproxy stanza from OCLC.  Could this be the issue?  If so, can I do an override of the URL at the service level, and will it "stick?"
