Elena,
You are correct. The only trick with this is that you have to remember to exclude items that have been withdrawn from "regular" reports.

Question to the list: when withdrawing items from the collection, I seem to remember that we could still see what items were deleted in analytics even after the bib records are physically deleted from the catalog. Is this right?
This was not true in our old system (Millennium), and so we had to suppress records from the catalog and then delete them once we gathered our stats at the end of the year. I'm guessing we no longer will have to do this and we'll be able to just delete the bib records once the materials are deleted without losing stats.
Can someone please confirm whether I've got that right? Also, if anyone could share their workflow for withdrawing and deleting materials from Alma that would be very much appreciated.
Thanks!
Elena
