[Wactclc-alma] Resource Sharing pickup location

Tammy,
I’m not able to create a resource sharing request, but when I create a physical item request the Pickup At field does not populate until I fill in the Requester field.
Maybe the workflow you are using is doing the same thing.

I can't speak to the resource sharing borrowing menu specifically, but I've experienced a similar problem when I've tried to do something while logged in at the wrong location.

At YVC when we try to create a manual resource sharing borrowing request, the Requested Pickup Location box is a drop down but is not populated. It used to have our libraries listed so we could specify the pickup location, but now there is nothing to choose from. The Requested Pickup Location is mandatory so we are unable to complete our borrowing requests. Have any of you run into this or know how to repopulate the drop down?
