The loan quarter refers to calendar year quarters (Q1 = Jan 1 to March 31), not fiscal year or academic quarters.

If you want to count different quarters, then you can add the 'loan date' field to your analysis multiple times, and for each time, set a different date range filter.

Meanwhile, in-house counts get incremented whenever you scan an item through "return items," when the item isn't currently checked out.

Also, the in-house use count will get incremented when you use the 'scan in items' workflow, and you tic the box that says 'register in-house use'.

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to capture stats from the in-house use function as seen below.
My questions are:
1)      Does Loan Q indicate as I would expect Summer(1) Fall(2) Winter(3) Spring(4) ?
2)      Also, the number seems too high so I'm thinking that I'm missing something??? Other than trust.
