[Wactclc-alma] Credit in Fines and Fees

Thank you, Shellie and George!

Once I filled in the two missing VAT fields with “0”, I was able to save my changes to the Credit Fine/Fee Type and then eventually waive the -$11.

I noticed some null values on other lines  in the VAT column of your table.   It sounds like fixing those other rows…putting a zero in the VAT column…will fix this.

Hi Lesley,

I tried to change your setting and it wouldn’t stick for me either.  I got a warning about the VAT (which I haven’t yet made sense of).

I looked at Edmonds’ settings (since George has been successful).  There is a little something odd about Pierce’s Credit.

It shows “not listed.”  Edmonds doesn’t.  Maybe that is a clue.  --Shellie

Hi Lesley,

This has happened several times at Edmonds.  In our experience it has happened when the lost item replacement charge has been paid in Alma and then later, the item was found/returned.  Like you, we initially received an error message when trying to waive the credit, but we did reset the fine/fee table to make credits waivable.

However, my change won’t stick… perhaps because of the VAT Percentage?

Any ideas?
