Thanks, Wade!  I’m looking at this now…Our circ stats up until July are pretty minimal.  Does this mean it’s only pulling in Alma stats, and not our old Voyager stats?

This afternoon, I repurposed a set of reports I had created at University of Puget Sound, to create a 12 month Library statistics template for WACTCLC.

You can find this report (actually, set of reports) in the Analytics community folder:

/shared/Community/Reports/Consortia/WACTCLC/WACTCLC_examples/WACTCLC_library_statistics_12_months

If you go into that folder, and “open” the “Library Statistics – 12 Month Summary” dashboard:

The you should see a set of 6 tabbed reports, that present information about transactions at your specific library:

Past 7 Days of Circulation
Circulation by Location – One year – by Month
Circulation by Patron Group – One year – by Month
Circulation by LC Category
Circulation by Dewey Category
Circulation by Loc and Patron Grp – by Month

At next week’s Leads+ call, we can talk about this report, and how it could be made more useful for WACTCLC members.

In the meantime, you might want to open up the dashboard and take a look at your data, to see how it appears to you.
