Traci,

It looks like the security certificate on the staff login server at btc (ns1.btc.edu) doesn't match the actual server name.

Please let your IT group know about that. You can send them this link, which reports the error:

https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=ns1.btc.edu

It's possible that they changed the name of the server or something. If so, we need to know, so we can update the Alma configuration.

Our IT department looked at it on their end and couldn't find anything wrong with the LDAP. We do have a backup for circulation that we are using.

If you are using external authentication, the issue will most likely be with your campus authentication system.

This is why it's always a good idea to have internal accounts set up for use as backups, when campus authentication systems fail or have issues.
