[Wactclc-alma] How do you get reserve materials to not be requestable?

Since we’re post-migration, we can now have as many Fulfillment Units as we want.  It might make sense to have one Fulfillment Unit for Requestable Reserves, and another Fulfillment Unit for Non-Requestable Reserves.  You’ll need to have separate internal location codes for the requestable reserves v. the non-requestable reserves, but the external location code (that appears in Primo) can be the same.

We have a separate fulfillment unit too, but some of our reserves are requestable.  I just checked our fulfillment unit for reserves and it’s showing that it’s “not requestable.”

At Edmonds, we have a separate fulfillment unit for reserves that does not allow requests...

Hi,

I received two resource request slips today for library use only reserves.  These are supposed to be not requestable.

When I looked at the TOUs I see that we have a request TOU in there that says the 2/4 reserves are not requestable.  Yet, when I log into Primo to test it, it shows that I can request it.

Does it take until the next Alma/Primo update between the systems for this change to take affect?  What am I missing in terms of trying to make the reserve materials that are library use only non-requestable?
