If you're using Connexion Client, double check your export settings in Connexion too.

Tools - Options - Export tab - Record Characteristics-Bibliographic Records - Character Set

Make sure the Character Set is set as UTF-8 Unicode.

It will be ok!

I've been having the same problem as Donna today, and I've never had an issue with OCLC imports before.

Hi Donna,

Sometimes we see this type of error when we've selected the wrong physical source format is selected.

Most of the time we need UTF-8.

Could this be the problem?

For some reason today I can't Import my Connexion file into Alma. I've been working on book orders. I export a file from Connexion and Import it into Alma. I had no problems on Friday but today I keep getting "Failed during Parsing record". Nothing has changed, so I'm at a loss on what to do to get it to work. I've closed Alma and reopened it, I deleted and re-exported my file. I've given it time. Any thoughts on what else I can do?
