[Wactclc-alma] Fine accrual not happening

Hi,

General question about fine accruals - has anyone noticed that fines don't accrue occasionally, even though the policies and items show they should?

I just had a student return something that should have accrued a $12.00 fine but no fine accrued.  When I looked at the policies in the config utility it showed up correctly.  It showed she'd accumulate a certain amount of fines on the overdue notices that were sent out yesterday, 2/20.

I already sent this to Wade and Shellie with more specifics, but wanted to see if anyone else had run across this strange happening where the system looks to be set up correctly, has accumulated fines before, and then suddenly stops doing what it's supposed to be doing and you're not sure why.
