[Wactclc-alma] Can't log in to Alma

I can access it with my internal account, but not my external account.

Good Morning,

Is anyone having problems logging in to Alma? I have contacted our IT department, and they said nothing has changed. All of our expiration dates are set to June 30, 2019. We haven't been able to log in to Alma since yesterday afternoon.
