[Wactclc-alma] Can't get into Alma

Debbie,

I am able to log in to Shoreline Alma (https://sbctc-shoreline.alma.exlibrisgroup.com/mng/login ) with both internal and external (campus) credentials successfully.

But I see that your account in Alma is expired (expired on 8/25).

So, It looks like you guys didn't get your expiration dates updated in your PPMS employee extract script. (And maybe with the SMS student extract script as well.)

Please get those expiration dates updated in the extract scripts, and have the relevant folks in HR or IT run those scripts again, and I can re-import those files into Alma.

Anyone else having problems getting into Alma?  We just get a blank screen with a tab at the top that says Error.
