[Wactclc-alma] "Data available as of" vs. "Data updated as of" for Alma Analytics

'data updated...' means the data has been copied over from Alma to Analytics.

'data available...' means the data from the last 'data update..' cycle is available for reporting in analytics as of the 'data available' timestamp.

It's sort of a 'too much information' scenario.

All you really care about for reporting is the 'data available' timestamp.

But in some cases, differentiating might help troubleshooting. If data is being moved to analytics, but it's being published for reporting, that's a different problem than if data isn't being copied from Alma at all.

Subject: [Wactclc-alma] "Data available as of" vs. "Data updated as of" for Alma Analytics

I'm having a mental block trying to understand the difference between "Data available as of..." and "Data updated as of..." for Alma Analytics.

"Data updated as of..." is the last time data from Alma successfully finished loading into Analytics, right?

What step in the process does "Data available as of..." refer to?

It will be ok!
