[Wactclc-alma] Page Action 404

I've seen it occasionally. It mostly seems to be just a little blip that goes away if you reload the page. IIRC, you sometimes have to repeat your last action after getting this error page.  I searched the Support Portal for "Published Cases" from other libraries reporting the same problem.  It looks like it's something that crops up occasionally, but because it's sporadic and there doesn't seem to be any clear pattern, the Development team hasn't been able to do anything about it.

It happens when Victoria is scanning items in to indicate we're done with processing them and they're ready to be shelved.
