[Wactclc-alma] not able to see a patron's fines and fees

Hi,
Has anyone had a trouble to see a patron's fines and fees? What happens sometimes for ONLY ONE of our circ staff member, when she goes to a patron's record and click on the fines/fees Alma gives an error message like this: "An Error Occurred - Please contact system staff". The weird thing, it does not happen when other circ staff member or I go to a patron's record. I've checked the employee's record in Alma. Everything looks fine. And it is  not something that happens all the time. It happens just once in a while. Do you have any ideas why it might happens? Thank you much for your help!
