Can you confirm whether or not there is a limit on how many changes you can request in Primo in a given time period?

Ahniwa,

Yes, the following text strings are configurable:

"Login here:"
"User ID"
"Password"

So, for example, "User ID" could be changed to "Your Student ID number", or "Your email name", etc.

To request that change, you just need to open an SF ticket, and specify your text changes for your Primo Login Prompt

Does anyone know if / how we can add login instructions to this window? GHC just changed login procedures for students and it would be useful to be able to include some instructions on this popup so they know which information to use.
