[Wactclc-alma] Running a job/errors

In general, you can review job results under General Configuration > Monitor Jobs, and look at the 'History' tab.

>From there, you can look at the reports for previously run jobs.

Meanwhile, the easiest way to change item policies on a set of items is to create a managed set of those items, which should be easy to do, based on the current item policy.

Then, run an 'information update' job on physical items, and specify the new item policy you want to assign.

Stephanie, it looks like that's what you attempted to do. So I'm not sure what caused your error.

Do you want to try it again, and post a screenshot of the settings you are using in the information update job?

Hi,

I created a job "AHE 200 - change item policy" and ran it.  But it's showing I have errors.  I'm not sure where to go to find what those errors are or why I have errors.

I need to update the item policy so it goes from 2 hour reserve to 5 week reserve.

Any help with this will be appreciated.
